Hi Russ,

He started by giving me a new Unique ID number.

Step 1 was to copy the Unique Id number for my account
Step 2 was to delete all my cookies
Step 3 was to change the Unique ID number in my FTW.INI file
Step 4 was to change the Unique ID number in the registry; he had a step A and a step B for that - I did step A.
Step 5 was to log in under my account in genealogy
Step 6 was to check my link to my account
It took me a couple of times to do everything correctly, but I was able to it.
