When you switched computers, do you have them set with the SAME UniqueID? (logging in using the same username/password)

In the Edit, My Home Page, what does this line say?

Your genealogy web site currently contains approximately XXXX MB of images. You are allowed up to 22 MB for images and unlimited space for other items.

Did you get the filesize and number of individuals from the Tools, Family File Statistics screen?

Editing and removing information is different then updating the User Home Page from within Family Tree Maker.

When you click on Internet, View My Page, are you taken to the same page?
