Hi Charlie, I found two possibilities.
Mary Goff, d. Portland, 23 June 1930 per death cert #1881. Source: OR Death Index 1903-1998.
Mary Goff, 542-28-7980, who last benefit check was mailed to Portland was b. 9 April 1903 and d. July 1993. Her soc. sec. # was assigned in OR before 1951. Source: Social Security Death Index (which anyone can access at no charge).
You might want to contact Clackamas County Family History Society, www.rootsweb.com/~genepool/ccfhs.htm and see if they look up obituaries. I'm sure they charge a reasonable fee. Happy Hunting!
