I need some help. Was Fern Markham a local Illinois Valley oil painter? I acquired a Winter scene oil painting, at a Yard Sale, that is signed Fern W. M. and needed to place a full name on it. Would appreciate anyone, with information or if Family is available. Such a beautiful painting, I want to put the Artist History and additional information on the back, so it just won't go back in a Yard Sale for little or nothing.
