Thank you for the response. I have the information you cited already and I do believe that it is the Albert Brannan I am researching. However, I can't confirm the relationship to Mary Milan with any official document. It remains all circumstanial. It might be noted that Albert Brannan in the 1900 Penitentiary census is charged with Polygamy and received a 2 year sentence. (I have requested court documents but my request hasn't been acted on). In 1904 for Josephine County, Oregon guardinship papers were filed for the children of Mary Brannan which confirms the children I listed are indeed Mary Milan Brannan's. Mary Brannan appears to have died in 1904 in Josephine County as she is listed in the court papers as being deceased, no date given. The children were later sent to their aunt, Kate Milan Reals--Mary's sister, in Cheyenne, Wyoming who raised them. I am still trying to find some official document or source that can link this Albert Brannan to Mary Milan. Thank again for your help.
