I looked at those directories in the collection of the Oregon Genealogical Socitey, 955 Oak Alley, Eugene. I also know that the Eugene Public Library and the University of Oregon Knight Library have large collections of Eugene city directories. The Springfield Public library has some, but not so many, and I'm not sure which ones.
If you're not in the Eugene area, the Oregon Genealogical Society's Research Committee can make photocopies for you (and probably trace your family through additional years).

Yes, Walter HALBERG was at 5440 Barger Dr in all three directories.
