Seeking descendants of Danish Immigrants Winther and Elgaard

I'm a Danish citizen researching the US branch of my family. Two families actually: Elgaard and Winther. The families immigrated to USA in 1893 and 1895 respectively, and after a brief stop in Massachusetts they settled in Weeping Water, Cass County, NE. Sometime arund 1910-12 the families migrated to Lane County, Oregon (Zumwalt, Davis, Danebo, Eugene).

I realize this is a long shot, but it is my hope, through this Forum, to get in contact with any descendants of these families, in the event they are still living in Lane County. Or people in general that might have any knowledge about the families, or maybe could help me with pointers to local archives, Museums, Churches or other institutions that may have historical records about the families.

Any type of information is greatly appreciated.
