Well your Reva is hard to find.
You should be able to find info about her in her obituary. There is a volunteer, Debbie, on the Random Acts Genealogical Kindness web site, http://www.raogk.org , choose Oregon, choose Lane County. She looks up obits in the Eugene Register Guard newspaper.
If that doesn't work out, you can request one from the University of Oregon, http://libweb.uoregon.edu/general/gethelp.html . They do charge a fee.
You can't order a copy of her death cert yet because Oregon won't release them until 50 years after the death date.
You can request research help from the Oregon Genealogical Society and Research Library, http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~orlncogs/ogsinfo.htm .
