Hi Ginger, there is a volunteer on Random Acts Genealogical Kindness who does Public Records lookups and copying. I assume that means obits too. Check out www.raogk.org, choose Oregon, choose Washington County. Provide him the name, death date & location.
If that doesn't work out, re-post and I'll provide two sites who charge a fee. Successful Searching!
