Marsh A memorial service will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 20, 2002, in Portland Memorial Funeral Home for Willis F. Marsh , who died March 8 at age 84. Mr. Marsh was born Dec. 31, 1917, in Portland. He graduated from Washington High School and served in the Marines during World War II. He was an officer for the Oregon State Police and later owned Equipment Distributors. Survivors include his cousin, Audrey Updegrove. Remembrances to Salvation Army.
