Aunt Amandy, Calapooia St. Albany

There was a really lovely photo in a collection of family pictures. But, I have no idea who this might be. It is of an elderly black lady on her porch, with lots of flowers.

On the back is written-
92-
A host of friends both staunch and(---?)
Remember you to-day -
You won them not by luck or wealth,
Twas just your winning way.
-92-
I'll tell the world I have a friend
Whose heart is right & true
If they should ask, who is it there?
Why Auntie, That friend is you.
"She lives on Calapooia Street
Her name is Aunt Amandy
92 yrs.-30th 1925 -Albany Or."

I would really like to know who this might be. Anyone?
