I did note the birthdate in relation to the mandatory sign up age....poor guy. My own grandfather registered for the draft being born in May 1900 but I later found he had his birthday wrong and he was actually born in 1901! Now why he didn't know that having two older siblings AND a mother he was living with at the time is a poser!
