Yes, that is where I found his exact date of death. In fact, I live in Washington Co., OR, which is adjacent to Yamhill Co. -- and only about 40 miles from where these records are kept. I might drive over there one day soon and just pop in and get a copy. Getting OR Death Certificates in person is a lot cheaper than going through the State Offices, where they only issue certified copies. Most of the local county clerks will issue informational copies at a fraction of the cost.
