Noah A Martin was born 25 Jan 1887 in Illinois to James W Martin & Elmira Cross. Noah Martin married my Great Aunt Hattie Lane in Omaha, Nebraska on 07 Sep 1907. He was a soldier at the Fort Crook, now Offut Air Base in Bellevue, Nebraska. Born to them was a girl about 1909 name Myrtle Martin. Noah return to Illinois in 1910 and lived with his parents in Logan Co. Illinois before 1912 Noah and Hattie had divorced. Hattie remarried another man by 1912 and died in 1918 from the Spanish Flu. This left her husband to rise Noah daughter in 1920 Myrtle was living with Clinton Rush her stepfather. But after 1920 I can't find her, so I was hoping she reunited with her father Noah Martin. I located the Clinton Rush descendants and they to don't know what happened to her and want to know.
Noah was in Sangamon Co. Illinois in 1920 and his wife name was Anna at that time then moved to Minneapolis Minnesota by 1930 and his wife name is Fanny. I finally located his father obit and it lists that Noah was living in Fairbanks Alaska in 1950. His death record states that Cecilia was his wife name. So if Cecilia is the same women in the 1920 & 1930 census then it would do me good to find her obit. But it is apparent to me that Noah must have been married 4 times.
Noah obit would answers some questions as he had two more daughters by the name of Josephine and Vivian. If I could find their descendants I might be able to locate Myrtle.
I will post on the Multnomah forum to find her obit. It could be of some help. I didn't know the information that you sent to me and I thank you for sending that information. Any help is much appreciated.
