Sandwich, NH Orcutts

I have encountered difficulty in documenting a single link in the chain from me to the Mayflower Pilgrims, and I'm hoping someone may be able to help. One of my ancestors is Hannah Orcutt, daughter of Samuel Orcutt and Elsey Brown (a.k.a., Alice Brawn), and husband of Jeremiah Washburn. Internet sources frequently have Hannah being born in Sandwich, NH on December 16, 1775. But the Sandwich Town Clerk recently informed me that they have no record of her. I have documented Hannah's marriage to Jeremiah Washburn on June 26, 1794 in Lyndon, VT, and from there forward to me. But I haven't been able to document that Samuel and Elsey/Alice were Hannah's parents. I can then trace Samuel back to Mary Chilton on the Mayflower. Any help would be very much appreciated!
