The best Swedish genealogy board is Anbytarforum, which is the board for the Federation of Swedish Genealogical Societies. You need to register and then pay a small fee (which was about $16 or so, if I recall what I saw on my charge card once it was paid), but at least a few weeks ago, we could register and then they billed us so you could get in some messages for free, most likely.

You are far more likely to find someone with better sources than I possess, and also perhaps someone who is related by posting where there are many Swedes. ;-)
Most of the board is in Swedish but there is a "Discussions in English" section.

Direct link to registration, which includes English with the Swedish.

This is a direct link to a thread which includes English language directions about paying for membership plus a bit about some confusion I had once the bill arrived. Note how helpful the Swedes were.

There is a place to post photos on that site, which might be the most efficient way to advertise for relatives, but the directions are only in Swedish. Ask on Anbytarforum and someone will most likely help you through the process.

The DISBYT database is a way many of us have found living relatives, but it is fee-based also. (The fee is not large. It is also about $16.)
You can do a guest search but you won't see the submitter's name and contact information. If you find a possibility, some people will send the contact information privately if you ask on the board.

The first FAQ on this page provides ideas on how to try to find living relatives in Sweden.
