my father Ricardo Fernandez Otero was born on December 25, 1888 in Ferrol, Spain. He and his brother, Jose Fernandez Otero migrated to the Philippines and later became naturalized Filipino citizens.
His fathers name was Jose Antonio Otero, mothers name was Rosa Fernandez. Sisters name were Maria Otero and Carmen otero, there was onother brother Avelino Otero who were left in Spain.
Any information concerning relatives in Spain is most appreciated.
