My grandfather, Ricardo Fernandez y Otero was born in Spain
on December 24, 1888. He had two (2) brothers named Avelino and Jose, two (2)sisters named Maria and Carmen.
They were born to the spouses, Jose Antonio Fernandez and Rosa Otero. the family resided in Ferrol, Spain.
Any information to any living relatives in Spain is highly appreciated.We are the Oteros in the Philpines.
