I have a book of the OTT/Utt line from Henry Ott, who traveled from Germany to Pennsylvania about 1750 and died there about 1792. Wife unknown to me. He had seven sons of which I am decendent of Adam OTT/UTT. In this book it has only the name of JOHN PHILLIP OTT. It says that he is listed in the Pioneer Record of Ross Co. Ohio, Scioto Township page 132 as a weaver. there are also other Otts on page 133. I don't know if this will be of any help to you at all. I hope it might.
