Barbara Mercer OTT/Samuel BEIGHT

I'm trying to find the parents of Barbara Mercer OTT who was married to Samuel BEIGHT in Stark County, Ohio Sept 17, 1836. The marriage records incorrectly lists his surname as BRIGHT. They were both born in Ohio. After marriage they moved to Noble County, Indiana.

There are other OTTS in Noble County but I don't know if/how Barbara is related to them. Barbara's mother's name may have been Anna M.
