Family records indicate Lavissa OTT & David FOLTZ are the parents of Nancy Anne Foltz, b. 19 Feb 1855, Vermillion County, IN; d. 10 Dec 1925, Edgar County, IL. Nancy married William Morgan Tresner 17 Jan 1875, Edgar County, IL.

Unable to find any information on Lavissa Ott & David Foltz. Looking for any tidbit of information, parents, siblings, other children, specific dates & locations. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
