A definate stop should be the Adams County Historical Society. www.achs-pa.org This site should show you what they have to offer. I too will be heading back that way soon and will make another trek there. I have not checked out other areas but I know that the York County Heritage Society has a large amount of info on Adams County as they were once the same county. www.yorkheritage.org As for restaurants, go to Lincoln Square in Gettysburg and eat at the Tavern. On the same square, kaddy cornered from the tavern is another good restaurant. Can't remember the name of it though right now. I hear that the Gettysburg Hotel has a good restaurant (Lincoln Square as well) although I have never eaten there.
