In 1880 she is not is George's home in Southampton Twp Franklin Co. PA
I looked in the census of 1900 for Sarah Cs born July 1848 from PA and found 7 possibilities.
Freman/Froman in Missouri
Gicker Berks co. PA
Low/Lowe Lycoming Co. PA
Miller Lebanon Co. PA
Miller Huntington Co. PA
Roller in Gage, Nebraska
Winner in Mercer PA
I checked Sarah Cs in Franklin in 1880 and found 2, but in 1900 they were not born July 1848.
I have not checked Franklin Co. surnames against my list above. I am going to dig into Franklin Co. marriages and see what I can find
