Need Allegheny CO Advice

I am researching Fleming R Craig who is said to have died in a flood in Pennsylvania, and the probability is that he died in the Pittsburgh Flood of 1907. Washington Post reported on 15 March 1907 that "fatalities...incuded the two men drowned last night when the towboat "Cruiser" capsized in the Ohio River". Those two men are not named. Death would have occurred on 14 March 1907. How can I discover the names of the two men who drowned? Thanks.
