I am helping a lady with her application to the DAR and we have hit a huge road block.

Joseph Johnson and his wife Martha House moved from Chester county to Allegheny County by 1806 when I found a Joseph Johnson as a witness for a will.

We have been told that he died in Allegeny county in 1839. Does anyone have a record of this death? Martha also died in Allegheny co.

I have used all the FTM PA discs available with no success.
