PALMER Pittsburgh 1900's

I have searched for my mysterious Grandfather for many years - new information has him born in Pittsburgh, Allegheney area 04 Feb 1891 - he reportedly ran away when very young, may have been in a "boys home" orphanage etc. I would love to find his family connection - we have never found his family although we believe he had siblings. His family and he lived also in Philadelphia Pa. at least in the 1930's if not sooner.

WILLIAM JOSEPH PALMER was his name - his draft registration says he enlisted 5-19-1922 Ft. Reno Oklahoma

He was with the 68th Service Squad Air Service at Kelly Field in Texas and is buried in Beverly National Cemetery in New Jersey. He died 1957 in The Veterans Hospital in Phila. of TB.

His Occupation was Machinist and he also worked for Howarth Pivet Bearing Co.
23rd & Ontario Street Phila. Pa.

This is according to his Draft Registration.

Any help in locating his family or any ideas for where else to search would be greatly appreciated!!

Much thanks for any help,
Samantha
