I sent a request to the proper office for a copy of their license. Their response was that there's no record of their marriage in Allegheny Co. Since Springdale is close to at least 3 other counties, would it make sense that someone from Springdale would find it easier to go to another county's offices to get their license? If so, which one is closest? It's hard to tell by just looking at maps. I don't want to send inquiries (and money) to all 3 counties if I can avoid it. Thanks!
