Irish Catholic immigrants to Pittsburgh...Which RC church?

In which neighborhood in Pittsburgh did most Irish Catholic potato famine immigrants live from 1845 - 1857? Which Roman Catholic Church/churches would the Irish have attended from 1845-1857? Where would the RC marriage and baptism records for that time period be archived?

Thank you.
