I am looking for information on the John T. Rees Family.
Wife was Ann Griffith Rees. He owned a stone quarry and monument business called John Rees and Sons, then Rees and Sons. They sold marble and granite as well. It was pretty successful lasting almost 10 years-his sons took it over when he passed on. It was ON PENN AVE. If anyone has old photos I am interested. They had several children in this order: Sarah b. 1864 Wales, David b.1866 Wales, Mary b. 1870 PA, Robert b. 1871 PA, Catherine b.1873 VA,
John b.1877 VA, and Rachel b. 1879 VA (my great grandmother). I have yet to find anyone who connects to this line. Help!
(Ann Griffith had a sister Mary Griffith Jones and a brother Edward b. 1836/1837 dies 08-16-1907 and Edward had a son Llewellyn. The Griffiths seem to be from Glyn Neath/ Nead Chapel Wales area.
