If you don't already have a copy of your father's birth certificate I suggest getting it from the PA Vital Records office. Since you are the daughter it shouldn't be hard to get. You could also try to get his mother's death certificate from the same office. I'm not certain but it should give who her spouse was. You have dates and county and last name; they should be able to find both certificates using that information.
