I'm seeking information about my great great grandparents Jacques and Charlotte DeCorte, immigrated to Brady's Bend from Belgium in 1864. Jacques may have started using the name "Philip" after arriving in the USA. They brought with them children Angélique, Joseph, and Elisabeth. Angélique may have begun using the name "Jane" after arriving, and I believe she was the wife of John Bernard.
Any info would be of great help, as I know very little about my ancestors!
Most importantly, I would very much like to know their places of birth and their hometown in Belgium. I'm nowhere near the area of Armstrong County right now, but is there any way I can find this information?
