Not sure if the original posting was a request for additional information, but, to add my two cents, there were a number of Wissinger families in the rural area around Windber, PA (unicorporated locations such as Rummel, Ashtola, Hagevo etc.)which is in Somerset County but is just over the Allegheny Mountain from Alum Bank (Note: This is the Post Office name for the Community known as Pleasantville.)There were considerable family connections between the two communities and Western Bedford County in general, including my own family. It might be worthwihile checking with any Windber area Wissingers if you are seeking relatives.
