Blackburn, Rose marriage or burial

I am searching for information on Allen Rose (b. ca 1805 Bedford, PA, d. 1833, Richland, OH) and Ann Blackburn (b. 1807, Bedford, PA, d. 8 Mar 1879, Frazeysburg, Muskingum, OH). I am in search of their marriage record, ca. 1827, probably in Bedford. Ann was a Quaker, but married out of meeting. I am also searching for their burial record, again probably in Bedford since I have found nothing in Ohio and Ann did return to PA for a time right after Allen's death. Thanks for all your help.
