Birth Info Edward Guy Leishure(Leisher)

Trying to verify Edward Guy Leishure's birth date and location. Rumor has it that he was born in Bedford County, Pennsylvania @1901. 1920 census MD lists him as Edmond Guy Leizear; 1930 Md census as Guy E. Leisure. Variable spellings also include Leishure and Leisher. Would love to obtain copy of birth certificate.
His parents were: William E. Leizear b. @1871/72 and Mary Emma Davidson b @1877/78
