Deel Family of early Bedford County

I am searching for the family of my gr.gr.gr.grandfather Adam Deel. He was born in 1780 and died 1848 in Marion County Ohio. He listed his birth state as Pennsylvania, but I have no idea what county. Possible father of his could be the following Deels who are listed in th 1790 US Census for Bedford County:
Samuel Deel
George Deel
Helphrey Deel
Hendrey Deel
and Jacob Deel
Do any of these families include a son born on 3 April 1780?
