I don't know If you can get death certs
foe the 1860's,that's generally before most
counties started keeping records.1899,and
1905,you may get from the courthouse in
Hollidaysburg(county seat).After 1906,you
can get them from the Dept. of Health in
New Castle (address can be found at Cyndi's
List,or Blair Co. GenWeb,under Vital Records
