General question about finding a marriage date

I am looking for the marriage date of an Oliver Rae Moore to Margret Thressa (Tessie) Cook. Oliver's first wife Anna Sprankle died in 1911 and is buried in Tyrone. Oliver married Margret then and their first child that I know of is born 1917. I have no idea...I have death records and obits. Any suggestions as to how I can find the marriage record. They were presbyterian I think.
