Certainly the most likely candidate is DR. JAMES DE NORMANDIE, b. 1754.

Note: By deed 12 February 1783 JAMES DE NORMANDIE of Attleborough, Middletown Township, practitioner in physic, and wife ELIZABETH STRICKLAND, daughter of AMOS STRICKLAND, late of Newtown in said county, Gentleman, conveyed real estate.
