My husband's family was from Bensalem, Bristol area of PA and he has an ancestor Elias Hall who was married to a Kitty Green. We know nothing about her background but assume she was from the area. Kitty lived from 1811 to 1891. I did find a Grimes family on the 1930 census for Bristol PA that seems to match your info. I have an old history of Bucks County if I find anything I will let you know.
