Am searching for any information on Lewis P. VISSEL, possibly born 1826/7 in Germany, who resided in Hilltown or Bedminster by the 1860s. His wife was Elizabeth (maiden name unknown). His known children were sons Julius Trester Vissel (born in Dublin, 1865) who studied medicine in Philadelphia and practiced in Blair County, and William Trester Vissel who was a produce merchant in New Jersey. Lewis was a farmer and produce merchant.
