Henry and Clara with son George are on the 1870 census for Genesco and widow Clara is on the 1900 census for the same place with sons George and Edward. If you do a google search for "Henry C Worthington" (make sure you use the quotes) you will find him listed in an Atlas which says he moved to ILL in 1859. I also think he may be the 21 year old from PA on the 1860 census who is boarding with a Deem family in Henry County ILL.
I am not a relative but dabble in Bucks County history.
