Can anyone tell me where I can find the following publication: Source Name: DUNBAR, EDNA M. Naturalization Records of Cameron County, PA, 1850 thru 1906. published by Whipporwill Publications, 1987.
This information came from a CD-ROM of Passenger and Immigration Lists Index, 1538-1940 in which a Louis ARMAND, New York, NY in the year 1892 is listed. My gr-grandfather's name was Louis ARMAND and I would like to see if he could be one and the same. He would have been in NY around this time. Any help is appreciated.
