Janet,

The LDS has a microfilm #1317479 titled "Naturalization dockets, 1862-1906." The "author" of this film is the Cameron County PA Court of Common Pleas. You could order this film from your local LDS Family History Center. They will allow you to view it at their facility and make copies if you want.
