Cameron Co, adoption @ 1895 Hattie & Mattie~ twins

I am trying to locate the birth parents of Hattie (Harriet??) Angevine & Mattie (Mary Bertha??)Angevine.
They were born December 1888 in PA. They were taken in @ 5 yrs old and then adopted by Lewis & Sophronia Harrit (Roberts) Angevine Jr. Hattie married Fritz Craven & Mattie married Arthur S. Hillegas.
Does anyone have info? Or know where I can look for answers? Thanks!!!
