I'm looking for information on the Getter and Lambert families of Carbon County, PA in 1790-1810. I have record of them worshiping and baptisming one son in Towamensing Union Church, Palmerton in 1805 but can't find anything else about them in the region - where they lived, if they paid taxes, owned land, etc..
Should I contact the Mauch Chunk Historical Society to see if they have more records or if not there, where?
