Hartmans in Carbon County

Looking for connections to Jabez Hartman (birth = 1870).
I have a copy of his marriage license giving his age as 26, and his parents listed as Alexander and Jane.

Here is the problem, Alexander's death was in 1866. I have the family both forwards and backwards from here except for the 4 year gap between 1866 and 1870.

Jane his listed mother, is Jane Campbell, born 1831 in Ireland to John Campbell and Mary McNeill. They lived in Franklin Township.

If anyone can fill in or help out it would be appreciated!
