Am looking for any informamtion on Nicholas ROW (Rau) who was born circa 1772 in Pennsylvania. He was found in the 1800 census in Haines Township, Northumberland, Pennsylvania. He was married to Mary Magdalena Gonser(Conser-Gansert). Their first child, Elizabeth, was baptized in Aaronsburg Lutheran Church in Haines Twp. Centre Co., Pennsylvania. It is believed that he had a brother George and that their father was Johann Frederick Rau. Their father is believed to be George Rau who was killed in 1780 by a musket ball fighting the Indians and is buried in Salem (Rau's) Church in Selingsgrove, Penn Township, Snyder County, Pennsylvania.
