Does anyone have access to marriage records from 1841. I am looking for information about the marriage of my great-great-great-great grandparent HENRY OVERDORFF AND MARY ROUGHINBOUGH.
This is what I know. Henry Overdorff married Mary Roughinbough, (sometimes Routhenbaugh or Randaback) 12/21/1841 in Brush Valley, Centre Co. PA. They moved to Brush Valley, Indiana Co. PA. There is no marriage liceanse. However witnesses and the man performing the ceremony are listed in his Civil War records as being united in marriage by Jacob Barn or Barr Esq. and witnessed by Simon Hasel Wiliam Harper, Daniel and Susannah Kreamer and Hannah Dubs.
