I have a C.D. from familytreemaker titled Birth Index: Southeastern Pa, 1680 - 1800 and in it are birth records of the children of Amos House and his wife Sarah Townsend at Kennett Square Monthly Meeting. Since this is from 1768 timeframe, I would suggest contacting Swarthmore College Library who have many quaker records.
