Hopefully, the administrative papers will have the names of his children.
I don't know if you're familiar with Chester Co, but there were several well known families in the area, of probable Germanic origin, who were named Brownback...sometimes spelled Brumback, Brumsback or Brumbaugh....same family - different spellings. The original settler was Garret Brownback, also spelled Gerhard Brumbach, and he was an early settler of Vincent...and, the founder of Brownback's Reformed Church (established around 1743)...and the first tavern-keeper in that area. He had 2 sons, Benjamin and Henry, and several daughters. Garret died in 1758, sho succeeded him at the tavern and who continued in the busness for nearly 30 years.
I don't know enough of your line to make other than a suggestion to you that you keep these folks in mind...and, to see if they might not also be tied to your line.
